If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking, you need to inform us by writing, please email us at email@example.com.
If you have paid for the transfer booking, you will get the refund if you cancel the booking at least 24 hours before arrival and you need to write us email or call to be confirmed the cancellation. Refund will be credited to your card.
You are free to amend your booking any time, even when you are on the trip with us. Please contact our operator staff to work for the best deals and make the change.
We confirm your booking as agreement and our driver offer the service as stated on the voucher. In case you would change the schedule and timing, you are highly recommended to contact us IMMEDIATELY. We are not in charge of any disclaimer due to any changes made from your side or none notification of the amendment.
